I have been fortunate to practice in a field that satisfies all aspects of what it means to be a physician. I love getting to know my patients over the long term, solving diagnostic dilemmas, and offering therapeutic interventions that positively impact their lives. I enjoy all aspects of gastrointestinal care—from emergent cases such as stopping severe bleeding to longitudinal care for my inflammatory bowel disease and liver disease patients. Compassionate communication is my goal for all my patients.

Dr. Husain enjoys traveling and exploring gastronomical adventures everywhere. He loves spending time with his wife and two children especially if it involves drinking coffee.
