Carolyn Hedin, MSN, CRNP-A is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over thirty-five years in medicine in a large variety of settings (office and institutional - hospital and elder care settings) and positions (clinician, educator, researcher, and administrator). She has been a nurse practitioner for over twenty-five years. She holds a Master's degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, and a postgraduate Nurse Practitioner certification from George Washington University.
Carolyn believes in providing comprehensive patient-centered care. She endeavors to meet patients at their level of awareness of their health conditions, to assist patients in understanding their health issues and options, and to build a provider-patient partnership for wellness based on respect, trust, and compassion. She is honored to serve each patient, she has the privilege to meet.
In her own life, Carolyn endeavors to achieve wellness of mind and body through faith, relationships, and healthful living. Outside the office, you might find Carolyn out on a long county bike ride with her husband, exercising at the gym, working in her garden, socializing with friends/family, or reading a book.
